Uh, you could run a program (like Teamviewer) that will allow him access onto your computer, but keep in mind that gives him access to EVERYTHING on your computer. Automatic cloud syncing is absolutely not a good idea, because every single tiny change made to the files would update the whole thing, and completely kill your bandwidth.
You could also rent a small low powered server, if it's only for two people. You could get one fairly cheap, but it still costs money.

Your system needs power. Logistics Power Junction box, with energy coming to it, attached to a basic logic pipe. Can be anywhere along the line, but must be connected to every separate system.

I actually want Railcraft back, I loved it, I want the new features.
I call it like it is. He threw a hissyfit because people were using his mod in a way he didn't like, and threw around some threats. It's not something that should be acceptable, muchless something that should be waved off as an even remotely logical thing to have done.

Technic hasn't been updated since it was removed.
Technic still has permissions for it. He specifically wanted it removed from Lite, and it was.

Please, do a little bit of research. Any server that will run tekkit at an even remotely bearable level, is going to be costing you upwards of 40$ a month. No one is going to do that, for free, for someone they've never met before. This post is spam at best.

1.1.1.0 is the current version of the launcher. If it says that, you're current. As for tekkit, you can go to the options button on the launcher, and make sure you haven't set it to use a specific version.

The thing people are missing, is that he didn't ask for it to work WELL. He just asked for it to work. Which it will. It's just a normal linux distro.

Thanks for responding so quickly, Most of the mods are Open Source and Let you have free permission to distribute/modpack it. I will need to find a way to contact a few modders. I'm currently testing it out with a custom Zip, but I'm having trouble making the damned custom option into forge. The Video Tutorial the site gave us wasn't that detailed and lacked major info.
Let us know how the getting permissions thing goes.

Do not listen to this person. Updating won't fix ID conflicts. You need to change the ID's of the offending items. You change them in .techniclauncher\voltz\config\mekanism.cfg.
