Let me give you a tip for your server. Do not let random people on the forums join, they could be griefers in hiding. Start your server and pick people from the community to become part of the staff.

A bukkit server run tekkit? Not sure that there is a plugin to make tekkit. The tekkit server is different than a normal bukkit server. You can download the tekkit server from the main website and start that up. If you are using a host then you may be out of luck, as some hosts do not provide tekkit servers. I hope this helped.

Same here, looks like he followed the instructions at the top of the forums to fix his technic launcher.
Also OP if you are using one modpack with saves in it, and you want to switch to another modpack with the same save, then its not going to work.

You do not say which version of Voltz to use. You put reccomended in the title so I checked it out, but their is no proof of you being reccomended, this is quite horrible.

I think he means collect all of your episodes, put them in one post, and edit that one post as you make more episodes.

The grammar and spelling on this is horrible. Don't expect anyone to take you seriously if you spell like that. So you want someone to help you with a server (which is fairly hard to make and maintain), and in payment you are letting them join a YouTube video in a channel that is known by a few people.

This wouldn't be too hard to overcome. Make the planes entities like minecarts. You don't have to move everything in the plane because the plane is everything, minus players. To spawn them, you build them in the world instead of crafting table, similar to Railcraft's coke oven. That way you aren't magically placing them on the ground like in Flan's mods.
You're overthinking the player disconnection part. When players log back in, they spawn where the server tells them to. Just have the server keep track of players that logged off in a vehicle and tie their spawn locations to that vehicle. If the vehicle no longer exists, kill them and send them back to their default spawn locations.
Yes I did state in the original post of not making them able to be placed down, but building them, maybe I was not clear enough. And maybe I did overthink that, but I thought no one replied because of that situation and assumed the worst.

Welcome. One thing that Duncan does that could hinder you in the future though, he used buildcraft pipes in this series, but Redpower pneumatic pipes are sooo much better. I'd recommend you get used to them right away.
Depends if you are playing smp or ssp. Buildcraft logistics pipes are amazing in ssp, but redpower tubes are better in smp.

Really? Giving him a ban simply because he voices his thoughts regarding a release that is faulty (which can be seen with all the reports about the release). Personally I think he had a good reason to post this. Why is the official Tekkit server download for a release that seems like it's having some major issues.
Instead, maybe appreciate the fact, that people are here because they enjoy Tekkit, and don't want others to experience the same problems. And before attacking the fellow, a simple message stating that a download for the 3.1.2 release were available would suffice. See to need for the bashing.
Just my two cents...

The 3.1.2 download is still there. Seriously, find the facts before you complain. Just download it from Previous Versions in the Servers tab of Tekkit on the Technicpack website.
