  1. I've started on my first modpack, Mechanized Magicks, but I've run into an initial problem. I set up my folder with bin and mods subfolders, added chicken core and NEI, had forge in the bin renamed modpack.jar, archived my bin and mods folders, then uploaded that to dropbox, changed the ending so it could be downloaded. Then I uploaded to Technic Launcher, downloaded it, and ran the pack. All I get is vanilla 1.7.10 with no NEI or Chicken Core. I feel this may be a simple problem but I'm stumped. Please help! (Tested both in client, ran fine.)

  4. Hello, I've got a problem i cant seem to put my finger on. I've put together a modpack for technic, I have around 43 mods, or 69 by the in-game counter, so its by no means a huge modpack; however i experience an extreme amount of lag to the point that occasionally im sure its crashed before it pulls it back together. It persists throughout my time playing but never crashes on the client, I've played for 20 minutes or more to see when/if it would.   6. I have a problem, when i try to install my own modpack it starts downloading and when the downloading is finished, it starts downloading again. After 3 times it says that the link is not good, when i look in technic. folder and go modpacks/SuperMUpiak/Cashe i see my own modpack file. but it is not installed, i definetly used a .zip and i have only 3 folders, my other modpack (Space Station Challenge Pack) does work and has the same host. and that just works like normal, Does anyone know how to fix this? or is it just me PS: mods work, and i have JAVA 8 Modpack Link: http://www.technic

  12. Details - I have made my own private modpack and i cannot launch. i will click the 'Play' button, the launcher will close, then the launcher will reappear, as if nothing has happened. I have allocated 4Gb of ram. i am using Java 7 64 bit.   15. As the title says, can you have solder running on Windows Server 2012? Or do I have to have Linux/Ubuntu? And if it can run on WS2012 what programs do I need? (I know it is a SERVER-side thing, but I have the ability and means to host my own solder but I just need to figure out how to set it up...) Any help is appreciated

  17. Everytime I launch a modpack and click start new world it will just disappear and the launcher will open back up, read all the files and really can't figure out what's wrong.   18. hello, im trying play my modpacks but the technic laucher do the download of modpack and after i can´t open, the technic stay loading and after don´t load, stay always in 0%, and after the technic is off,.Please help me.
  19. As the topic states, I've been creating a modpack of my very own to use with the Technic launcher, but an issue arises with the mod Ars Magica 2. According to the logs, it's an ID conflict. I know it's possible to resolve ID conflicts, but I am unsure how. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. EDIT: Nevermind, i figured it out. Can someone lock this topic or something?

I've scoured the internet, looking for ways to make the link work for the techniclauncher-- I've tried dropbox (both copying the link after exiting the pop-up after the "share link" redirection as well as changing the www. to dl. and appending "?dl=1" to the end) and copy.com (which doesn't seem to work either). Now, I seem to be the only one that has this problem; these solutions seem to work for everybody except me, it seems.   24. Hello, I have a very big problem. I have created a modpack, it worked at first with about 40 mods, then I changed the name. Now after this, no-matter what I do (reset, taking mods in and out etc.) it justs launches the modpack when I click launch, then it closes and returns straight back to the technic launcher. Any help please, this is so annoying.
  25. I don't know how to make a modpack. I tried making one which has the mods below and I find that I am suffering from huge lag even though I have played mod packs with alot more mods installed.
