  1. Alright. I have followed the tutorials and everything works fine, but when I come to open up my modpack, it flashes the CB DepLoader and never opens. It then gives me and error report. Any help?   2. I am working on a modpack for a custom server and I noticed that some modpacks have a mod list tab that lists all the mods and their authors. Does anyone know how to get this list in the description. I would like to be able to give the mod creator's credit for their mods.

  4. Hello. I just created a new private modpack on the Technic Platform called SwaggPak for just me, my brother, and my friends to play. When I try to start it up, I get the error message "Error unzipping a file for the following pack: Swaggpak. Error in opening zip file. Please consult the modpack author." I've googled all over for a solution and haven't found anything. I have no idea what causes this issue so I have no idea how to fix it. That's why I came here.   5. hello everybody, i made a little modpack that me and my friends could play on but when i try playing the modpack it start downloading and goes to 100% but than restart the download in the console it says it retrying and the dropbox folder i have it in is a public folder so i dont know what the problem can be. i have the modpack there as a zip and a rar file. here is a link to my dropbox: '> my OS is: windows 8 64 bit my Java is: java 7 64 bit
  6. Hello, I need help figuring out on where to host my technic modpack for free. I heard that fropbox works, but when I used it, I realized that it doesn't auto-download anymore, meaning that technic launcher can't download from it. Does anyone know of a service that will have an auto downloader (starts download without clicking anything) that will be compatible with the technic launcher? Thank you.
  7. Hey Guys My Custom Modpack doesn't auto update in the Technic Launcher when I'm "updating" the modpack. Do I really have to delete the modpack and add it again in order for it to be updated?

  10. Hello, i was not sure where to ask for help, but i was directed here by the modpack. The problem is, that me and some of my friends recently started playing minecraft on a server, one of us is hosting. The modpack we used was yogscraft or something, but suddenly an update came up, which switched the name of the pack to "Machines, Magic & Middle Earth".   16. hello. im having trouble getting my modpack to download from the technic launcher i have made a client version that works just fine on my computer but i just cant figure out how to transition from my client to technic launcher... any help would be greatly appreciated and would help me so much.   17. On the major packs such as hexxit they have different versions of the modpack for people to use. How to i modify my pack for users can select different versions to use?
  18. Hi, i'm trying to change the name of my modpack but, although i am able to do this to some extent, the modpack directory name doesnt change, or the name of the pack during download. Does anyone know if there is a way to get around this, if this is a bug or simply if im doing something plain wrong??? Any help would be appreciated.

  20. So I'm in need of some help here. I got the Technic Launcher just the other day and I want to add a mod from one modpack to the another. I want to take the Laser turrets in the ICBM, just the turrets and put them in the Tekkit launcher so I can have them to defend my base. I don't like the Tesla coils available because they will hit everything, while the turrets will shoot baddies instead. So I've been trying to find videos that explain how to do this and nobody is making it easy for me to understand. I'm hoping someone on here will tell me what files I need to copy from in the Voltz modpa
  21. This problem must come up many times a day. I recently decided to put together a small modpack but once i play it, none of the mods are there. It is basically vanilla. I am not sure what to do as i followed all the steps to make a modpack. I created my own modpack (Modders In Space http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/details/modders-in-space.340368) and when i try to download it in Technich Launcher it downloads, then i go to that mod pack in the list, click play, it unzips but doesnt do anything after that! same thing if i click again the play button.   23. Hey, I'm making a custom modpack and am trying to load it up. The console outputs: [B#439] 2014-04-23 19:36:18 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] Found anonymous item of class tconstruct.items.armor.ExoArmor with ID 14375 owned by mod TConstruct, this item will NOT survive a 1.7 upgrade! And then it just stops, no error or crash. The output-client.log file doesn't go as far as this time.
