  1. Apologies, I know isn't regular Hexxit and this is my first time here, so I wasn't sure where to post. I've had this agitating issue with Hexxit Rewritten 2 as of late. I've had to delete three prior Survival worlds because of this bug and I don't know what to do. I want to load my world normally again and not lose so much progress over and over and over again because this is really pissing me off. Sometimes while playing on a new world, the game may crash. When this happens, it's basically a death sentence; I can no longer log into and play the world normally, as it says "Shutting down internal server" before crashing. I have reinstalled the mod pack and backed up the world, but it still crashes when I use it. I'm at a complete loss. I've also noticed that the crashing is caused by the corrupted world specifically; any other world I create will work just fine. I've saved the OpenEye crash report so you can take a look at it here, hopefully it helps: Note that "likely mods" etc. are blank. Is there any way to fix this, or am I just permanently stuck with yet ANOTHER broken world?
  2. anyone know of any good solar panel mods that work with 1.6.4? i tried looking for a 1.6.4 version of my favorite ones but i couldnt find a version of solar flux or solar expansion that were compatible. i would just use industrial craft but im not very fond of eu or their solar panels, i prefer rf and solar fluxs crafting recipes seem a little more like my style. help plz.

The main goal I had in mind when I started work on this modpack was to create a version of “Vanilla” Minecraft, on steroids…e.g. more trees, bigger trees, more plants, more food, more mobs, more NPCs, more sounds, MORE and BIGGER everything! I wanted the excitement back that I got when I first played Minecraft. I wanted to see structures full of interesting mobs protecting piles of loot strewn about the whole Overworld. I won’t even mention what has become of The End, but you better be WELL prepared before heading there! It is also rumored that there is a dimension called the Twilight Forest that is full of adventures all on its own. I also included as many mods as possible that offered decorative blocks, so that players could now build all those houses, mansions, forts, castles, bunkers, bases, etc… that could only be dreamed about before. In staying as close to the “Vanilla” Minecraft, on steroids idea as possible I wanted to include as few technology and magic mods as possible. Don’t forget that becoming too immersed in the beauty and fun things to explore comes at a cost… The Hexplore-It modpack is DANGEROUS! Staying alive is HARD! Are you up for the challenge? You will have to plan out your travels, making sure you have enough water to drink and enough different food stuffed in your backpack that you don’t starve. There are many, MANY mods that will help you on your way. You can train a pack of dogs to travel with you, or train a bat to protect you. If you can actually beat the Ender Dragon maybe you could hatch its egg for your very own pet dragon. You can even hire Guards to protect you, or summon Minions to work for you. You can protect your base with custom golems and/or custom turrets as well once you get established! Or you could always take up residence in one of the many fortified castles and/or other large structures you are sure to come across in your travels! I hope that you enjoy this pack as much as I do. Download the version of Technic Launcher you need for your operating system here ---> DOWNLOAD 2. Install the Technic Launcher. On the top right corner click the little gear next to the X, this is where you will want to increase the amount of memory/RAM your computer uses to run the Technic Launcher.   10. Hello! Whenever I load a world, the game will close after a while (with no crash or error message) and revert to the launcher. It only does it with this one world. It loaded up fine just yesterday, and I don't know what happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello I am running a Tekkit server but, I want to add MrCrayFish's Furniture Mod, Ferullo's Guns Mod I wanna add these 2 mods and some more in the future But when I add them in the mods directory, I try to login to my server but it says that I dont have these mods I dont want people to have them, But I want users to use them from the server, Not else For more info,I converted Tekkit into MCPC+ 1.6.4

So I just got my new laptop a Lenovo Y50 with following specs: Intel i7 4910HQ (2.5 - 3.5GHz) Nvidia GeForce 860m 2 GB 8 GB RAM 256 GB SSD now when I try to run any modpack for that matter, my framerate drops to unplayable 20 FPS, sometimes it jumps up to 40, but that's it. Since I have a laptop with 2 graphic cards (Geforce and Intel) I have set the techniclauncher.exe and jawaw.exe to run with the Geforce in the Nvidia control panel, but it doesn't help. Can this really be true? That I can't run these modpacks? I got friends with lower specs than I do, and they run them just fine! I'm sorry if I posted this thread the wrong place, I'm new to this forum, and I - to be quite honest - couldn't figure it out :-D Cheers - Simon
  17. Get the modpack Here! Story: Within the endless void of the different minecraft dimensions being made and destroyed one of the gods created a new dimension. This dimension cluster initially named "Haven" would be a dimension where weary crafters from the other deadlier dimensions, be it ultra challenging situations or modpacks could come to to rest and have fun and unwind. As such, the worlds created in the pattern of Haven had almost a ludicrous abundance of resources meant to cater to the needs of the coming adventurers. Unfortunately between the dimensions there are other outside forces at work. One such force was the unfortunate arrival of a travelling ascended band of mobs known as "The Masters". These mobs, banded together after fleeing worlds slated for divine destruction (deletion or having been forgotten) eventually found their way to the dimension of Haven. Finding the inhabitants unaware as they mined lush resources and played without a care, they attacked. Wiping out the lazy minecraftians was an easy task for these hardy mobs who could multiply their numbers in the blink of an eye trained using powerful weapons and unknown technologies. So soon enough, they had control over the dimensions core and hence colonized the dimension with their influence turning themselves into the spawning race of mobs for the entire dimension... A heaven now turned hell. Between this time the player was meant to reincarnate in Haven for their shot as rest and recreation, but they were headed on a one way trip to disaster. Until they were found by another unknown entity, a somewhat almighty white cloaked yet minecraftian figure who made his home between the dimensions in the void who had been watching the problems down in haven unfold. Grabbing the player as he/she floated by he gives them an enchanted book (yes! the hardcore questing mode book) and after a quick conversation (seen as the narration of the cinematic trailer!) sends the player on their way to haven where once awake in a newly spawned branch of the dimension he would inform them of what is happening and they would have to work hard to attempt to either fix the problems of haven or take advantage of it... About Masters of Minecraft Masters of Minecraft is an overpowered variety modpack created initially as a private pack for myself and friends. But then it evolved into not only my favorite and best personal modpack ever that from a few months ago I've wanted to share, but also my indirect statement towards other "challenge" packs that achieve their challenge through imposed limits, tedius tweaks and tech trees. Masters of Minecraft does none of that. Instead it gives you all the tools, a world where "The amount of ores rival the stone in the ground" and one purpose. Survive the onslaught of the masters, an Ascended Transdimensional race of mobs out for conquest and revenge who can kill a man in diamond armor quicker than you can say "holy shit" if you give them the chance. Then ultimately create a sanctuary where they can be happy before induldging in sometimes (if you're unlucky) endless battles with foes with the strength to stand up to the player at any level. The modpack uses Hardcore questing mode to provide a 3 lives stock in all worlds and lots of small helpful quests to guide you on your way, including information on not instantly apparent things such as the use of mine and blade battle gear and Zelda sword skills to enviromine and some soft hunger tweaks (none of that super bad magical farm/agrarian sky bull, but it still utilizes hunger overhaul and pams harvestcraft...) and a custom 4 piece "make your own starter gear" questline accessible right from the get-go. Sure you can hide as long as you want inside your "hole in the wall base" or 9x9s but one day with the evil infusion of zombie awareness, custom mob properties, hostile worlds and special ais you will have to face them eventually... and what better way than with the full unfiltered (and in some cases even buffed via configs or special mob item drops) power of some of the greatest mods 1.6.4 has to offer! "Compared to yourself from any lesser world, you might aswell be a god!" -The Observer/???? Why 1.6.4? That's oooold. :V It's not that I don't want to update. Even if i am dreading having to remake the masters for 1.7.10 due to the lack of item IDs and changes within mob properties. But it's because some of my favorite and more iconic mods (in my opinion) aren't completely or at all updated. Such as dimension doors, custom guns mod and chocolate quest. Dimension doors I just love and have quests that use it. Not to mention I've used it as the bridging mod for "The observer" and where he resides. Gun customization mod in my opinion blows flans out of the water due to the bullets not having hitbox deadzones forcing you to waste all your ammo sometimes cause of bullets clipping through stuff and missing even at point blank range where stuff is meant to be effective. And it's easier to pick up and go with just using primarily iron, redstone and gunpowder for all of it's weapons. But also the thing it's gets it's name from. The customization. I've noticed a beta of chocolate quest/better dungeons but until I'm sure it works I'm not overly sure about using the beta until it's an official thing because some of my masters use weapons from it and I just generally like the dungeons it generates because it gives me more chances to place loot everywhere... and also opens opportunities to make more custom mobs using mob properties. And I will come clean, I pinched Yogcast Complete's configs and fiddled with them a little so stuff would actually spawn in some other biomes... Finally it's sort of a personal reason. I've played and used this modpack generally alone most of the time and the reason it never got released sooner was drifting in and out of the feeling of continuing with the pack and as such this is also a humble plea for help as I want people who genuinely love the pack to help me in suggestions, quest writing and even story progression further than I've already gone. Along with technical sides such as making an updated version as a team effort and maybe eventually having a super awesome server to play it with other people on. Please note, this modpack usually requires a good 2.5 to 3 gigs to just run nicely and it can get rather laggy when the world is generating due to all the custom generation thrown into the mix. So, sorry in advanced if things won't work for slower computers and such.   19. Hey guy's! recently I made a custom mod pack using Plowmanplow's bare bones pack (1.6.4_9.11.1.965_ll version) but when I try to run a server off of it something breaks. I have removed the client mods: NEI, nei addons, waila, damage indicators, reis minimap I have tried coping over config file minus the removed mod's individual files but no avail Console log of where everything goes wrong (i think.   20. Wild West Frontier (2.0) was to be the spiritual successor of our previous Wild West Frontier modpack. Initially we had intended a whole new style of play for minecraft featuring player owned land and businesses and a fixed map. While we still believe this would have been a massive step forward for the modpack, the work required was beyond what our small team could have been able to manage. We then set out to improve on our original modpack, which is how it still stands today. Wild West Frontier aims to give players a sense of township while still allowing for wars and plenty of PvP. Please Note: This modpack is only now being released as community activity has slowed down considerably over the past few months due to everyone becoming less interested in minecraft. While this modpack is certainly playable and is fun, it is unfortunately not to the standard we had been aiming for; players may find various bugs, lack of features etc. To get started, simply paste the following modpack link into the technic launcher: This modpack features physical currency therefore it is recommended that you store any money in the bank at spawn. The following picture shows you where the bank is. Once you have had a quick look around spawn, its time to make your way out into the world. Be aware, once you are out of the spawn, PvP is enabled and you can be robbed of all your items! After finding a piece of land you want to settle on, you should look at planting some crops. Crops are the main way people make their currency in game as they can be sold at spawn or sold to other players to create food. This pack has a mod which prevents players from eating the same food over and over, so make sure to diversify your diet! As you build up your land credits (earned by logging in daily) you will likely want to protect your property. The server uses Towny, so make sure to read up on their wiki here: Once you have a town, you can invite another player. Players in towns can be taxed to pay towards the upkeep of the town or for expansion of the current town. While melee weapons do not affect other town members, Guns will so watch out. Now you have your area set up you should look at building a smeltery and starting up on tinkers construct. Using this mod, you can create the most efficient tools/weapons in the game and tools which make your life much easier. But what happens when someone attacks from afar? You need a gun. Guns can be bought at spawn or crafted using a gunsmiths table. The rest is for you to explore, make friends and war with other towns. Other: - People who join our website can use the store to spend their points. Points can be earned through events or through donations. You will receive points just for joining though so it is worth doing so to get yourself a gun or even a starter smeltery. - There are some rare guns on sale for 'Wild West Tokens'. These were handed out to some of the top players from the last server. There is roughly 150 in circulation so you can likely find them from other players. - Carpenters doors are not protected in towns, either place a wooden door behind them or dont use them. - We have a custom gatling gun which can be bought at spawn. Be aware that players can break these in towns. We are pretty lenient on rules. The main ones are; - Don't do anything to exploit, cheat or otherwise give yourself an advantage over players. - Dont abuse other players racially, by gender or through belief. - No religious talk - Dont do anything derogatory to the server. This includes but is not limited to; Spamming, Advertising, Hacking, Crashing, Exploiting, Slandering, Pointlessly Griefing (i.e. Nazi symbols, dirt penises) - Do not use excessive caps and try keep the swearing down ( we dont disallow it, just discourage it) Hope you all have a great time once you are on!

It was created by two friends and myself. We really wanted to capture the essence of Minecraft and let it show in this pack. It's about exploration and survival. We made sure that it was challenging, but fun at the same time. No one is going to look down at you if you play in Survival instead of Hardcore. Your goal throughout the Modpack is to become the best sorcerer/sorceress in the world, no, the universe! This pack is still in beta. With huge ruins, ruthless dungeons, and plenty of dimensions to explore, the possibilities of what you can find and do are limited only by your imagination... and resources... but don't let that get you down. Go, explore the land that begs, and yearns to be seen! Beyond all of this talk of fun, and play, I need your help and recommendations. Please report any bugs you find, because if I don't know they exist, I can't fix them. I would love to hear recommendations of what to add to the Modpack, because I want it to be the best it can be. Just no machinery mods like ProjectRed or Buildcraft, those don't belong here. There are no defined goals in this Modpack, you set your own path. Here are some goals I recommend, just to get your creative juices flowing. My creative juices are more like creative Tea, but that doesn't matter Defeat all of the bosses present in the Modpack Collect all of the creatures present in the Modpack in Morph (Passive, Aggressive, and Neutral) (Definitely my personal favorite) Collect at least a stack of every valuable material present in the Modpack. What you believe is valuable may vary (Including the ones in other dimensions) Kill a finite amount of certain mobs present in the Modpack (This number and creature is of course, up to you) Kill a chosen boss in Hardcore Mode, kill multiple bosses in Hardcore Mode, or kill all of the bosses present in the Modpack in Hardcore mode Overcome a Roguelike Dungeon in one try without dying once (you can choose to limit the gear allowed, if you so choose) These are just recommendations. Make up your own goals and pursue them. Become the greatest sorcerer/sorceress in the world! Are you tired of Minecraft's same old boring GUI? Fear not! I am too, so I changed them.   22. Hello. I've spent close to twelve or more hours making a custom modpack for a small group of friends to run on a server. We're running an Akliz server, and I created the modpack inside a blank Vanilla Minecraft .minecraft folder. Then I moved all the mod files, neccessary configs to prevent idconflicts, a new universal forge .jar (named modpack.jar) and stuff into a new archive with a couple of folders. I've spent forever trawling these forums to find a solution that actually worked, but it seemed everyone was making the same mistakes and their situations weren't the same as mine. It is a mod-pack that adds new weapons, mobs, dungeons, and bosses to Minecraft without changing the core mechanics that make Minecraft what it is. This creates a world with many new and exciting possibilities. What is Claytonia's Adventure RPG server? Claytonia's Adventure RPG server is a quest and adventure based Minecraft server that uses a number of mods based on Forge's Hexxit Modpack. It does not contain all the mods from Hexxit, and it also has some extras, including one that is custom-made. All settings from all mods have been tweaked to increase difficulty, and improve longevity. For a full list of mods in the pack go here. The server itself is an adventure Role-play server that focuses on questing and dungeon raiding. Currently there are three races on the server.  Elves: The forest-dwellers that are good at magic and ranged combat but are average at melee.  Dwarves: The mountain people who are poor at ranged combat and have no magic ability but excel at melee combat.  Humans: The plainsmen who are average at melee, range and magic. What our server gives you.  Each race has its own set of rules, perks and negatives.  The server also has an in-depth questing system that uses the Custom NPC’s mod with new quest created often to keep things fresh.  The server is updated often with new features.  Players are not required to Role play if they don’t want and can just adventure. But you are still required to follow race rules. Rules: 1. Don't be an ass.. 2. If it's not yours - Don't touch. (No griefing, raiding, or being an ass [see rule 1]) 3.
