A custom modpack I've created is having a few problems with Recipe for blocks and items. Thermal Expansion machines can request Grapes from Growcraft as a substitute for copper. Super Heroes Unlimited Armour is requested for certain items where dye should be. MFR Rubber trees drop wolverine leggings instead of rubber. These are only a few I know off. Is there anyway of fixing these problems on mass? I know of minetweaker which would let me edit the recipe but there are too many to do this.
