Minecraft In-Game Name




  1. Can anyone help me figure out why I'm suddenly unable to run any minecraft modpacks? I set up a tekkit server which worked fine but then I realised tekkit is missing some of my favourite mods so I decided to make a big dig server instead. Except I couldn't get that to work and I tried all kinds of things to fix it. I eventually gave up and tried to play single player big dig only to find that wouldn't work either. And now tekkit and nuts and bolts and every other technic mod pack won't run even though they ran just fine yesterday! When I click play it has a loading bar but when the loading bar fills up minecraft doesn't open and the technic launcher window flashes. I've tried to delete everything I downloaded over the past couple of days. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 64 bit java. I've checked and my PC has 16GB of RAM, most of which isn't being used. I've checked the technic launcher settings and I've allocated it 4GB of RAM and checked that it is indeed using the 64 bit java. I've uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft.   2. Hi guys! So, I wanted to install modpack, but when I copied API link into my launcher, it said that the API link is broken. Okay, sometimes, modpacks doesn't work. But I found out, that every API link is broken for me. I tried like 20 modpacks, but all API links broken. My launcher is up to date, Java as well (set on 64 bit ver.) and my PC always ran any modpacks without any trouble. Do you have any idea, what is this? Anything I can do to make packs work again? Hi All, when i install a modpack and click play, all it dose is close launcher then minecraft appears in the taskbar takes a few seconds then switches to the name of the mod im trying to play (Legands) then dose nothing, wont let me click on it and when i hover over its just a blank white box. I have tried a Couple of different things to get it to work but to no avail. Reinstalled minecraft and launcher restart PC Changed to 64bit java and set to 4GB ram checked to see if my NVIDA was up to date all help would be greatly appreciated. link to my logs https://pastebin.com/rNEDnvKb
  4. I'm using the Lay of the Land mod pack. Everything was working fine until I had a power surge. After that, I could not load my game. When I try to load it, it says "Loading World, Building Terrain" then immediately crashes to desktop. Any help would be appreciated. When i was playing voltz normally and the next day when i went to play it it crashed in the loading phase and says that a ticking tile entity is causing this and it wont even let me get into the game.   8. I installed a mod pack on my technic launcher and All it did was close and reopen the launcher, I installed multiple different ones and it did the same thing.

  10. I'm playing on 1.7.10 and i got my tesseract's wont link together even when there in the same chunk. So its not a chunk problem any ideas?

I'm running a private tekkit classic server and I have other plugins on that are working but factions doesn't work it says do /help factions then it list one command /factions that doesn't work and i'm getting this message in the console.   13. Ive been trying to load up the 1.7.10 mod pack many times today It goes through its normal steps to load up but once done, it sits on the spash screen for a few seconds then crashes...   15. So, I am working with Silver_Wulf (gpssoccer on technic) to try to get his new modpack, Marines and Machines, up and running with more than one or two afk people on the server. Unfortunately, the run and download counter seem to be stuck at 0, even with multiple downloads and runs. This wouldn't be a problem except now we cannot get people to find this modpack, and renders the ability to become trending unusable, and our server stuck on two people. Please technic, please.
  16. Hi! Creating my first ever modpack (http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/memebase-beta.815920) It says it doesn't exist! I am using a zip file for my pack, and it is archived.   19. My friend and I are attempting to play Technic Classic. I have the game running and the server available, however, he cannot. His client side is broken and the installer at first would not even let him download. When it would ask him if he wanted to install, it acted as a .png or a .jpeg file. It displayed the information, but did not allow him to click anything. So I thought that we would bypass that by me giving him my .technic file in my %appdata% folder. This worked to an extent. It now allowed the launcher to open, but we still have the remaining problem of the launcher acting as a picture instead of an .exe. We've uninstalled and reinstalled java multiple times and all antiviruses have been removed. Please help
  20. So, whenever I load up anything that has mods, it never works...It usually just stays on the main technic launcher screen, but not Tekkit classic. OK I NEED HELP SO IM REALLY ANGRY CAUSE NOTHING WORKS, For starters i downloaded the technic launcher for windows it finished downloading and it wouldnt open and nothing showed up in my roaming i clicked on it and nothing would happend. So just cause mabey it would work i download the osx one and guess what IT OPENED so i played it for like 5 min then acidentally exited out of minecraft and when i tried to go back in it and it said there was an update so i clicked yes and and error popped up saying (Error unzipping a file for the following pack: Tekkit. Attempting to extract file tekkitmain-1.0.zip, but it did not exist. Please consult the modpack author) so i said whatever i will not update i cliked it again and said no then stuff would load at the bottom and then a window(probally minecraft) opened and instantly closed and that kept happening. Im a VERY impaciente person and when i get something i expect it to work OR ATLEAST SOMEONE ELSE HAVE THE PROBLEM ive been searching everywhere and nothing so if someone could either help me with getting the windows tekkit launcher to work or get rid of that error then i would be extremly grateful. I have done verything from uninstall java and reinstall redownload tekkit anything i could of think of it seems NOONE has this problem except me. PLEASE HELP. PC: Im on vista 32 bit
  22. Hi, the modpack Hyper-Box is broken, because of the Technic Launcher. The Owner has changed the download link twice now and it is not working AGAIN after Technic Support "supposedly" fixed it last night. It would be much appreciated if they fixed it for good. We lost possible money and A LOT of players due to this inconvenience the Technic Launcher has caused...
  23. I have set up a Big Dig server, which runs on Minecraft 1.5.2, using the Spigot/Forge combination MCPC, which I got from Yive's Mirror. Plugins like MCMMO and Worldedit seem to be working fine, but when I execute a command from Essentials I get the error: "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command" I have checked to make sure no plugins have gotten into the mods or coremods folders. None of my plugins were working at all until I changed "custom-class-loader" to false in mcpc.yml I have included a log of my server where I try to execute an essentials command, copied with Notepad++ http://pastebin.com/UB9SRFt0
  24. Whenever I try to launch a modpack that I recently installed for the first time it quits right before the Mojang screen pops up. I havent used technic launcher for a while and now I cant play any new packs. Im using a mac and have already reinstalled the packs, unistalled old ones I dont play, restarted the technic launcher, and none of that is working, please help!
  25. hey so lots of people are having trouble with modpacks launching on macs, and in this Admin thread COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS there is a link at the bottom of the page for a workaround for this problem. The issue is, this is a broken link. It simply takes you back to the original thread. Is there a workaround for this problem? And if so, can you post the correct link?
