I deleted technic launcher once, because I didnt play it that much. Now I wan't to play it again but technic launcher won't open. I think it won't open because I deleted it wrong. Some files from technic launcher wont get deleted because they say the file don't exist. I tried everything but nothing has worked yet. I hope you guys can help me because I really want to play tekkit again.

Right, so I've been running into an issue ever since I started trying to use the Technic launcher. I tried getting some modpacks to work and they wouldn't open, my launcher would close but would shortly pop right on up again, and so I thought launching normal tekkit would work and it was just an issue with the packs. But alas, that did not work either. This has been happening repeatedly, after reinstalling and changing up my settings in every way possible. Crash Report:

I have made my own modpack. When press I "play", this message comes up: Error Error downloading file for the following pack: [modpack name] Failed to download [link] Please consult the modpack author.
