Modpack crashes on start up

Recommended Posts

Hello again Technic forums. So I been working on my some getting it ready for server launch. I decided that i wanted to add some add on mods for Thaumcraft 4, and after i did, the modpack crashes on start up. I have tried to move the mods out of the modpack folder and still crashes.

Here is a link to the modpack - http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/raven-eternia

And the dropbox link - https://www.dropbox.com/s/1uzxqax2e72ifdo/modpack.zip?dl=0

Thanks in advance

I don't have enough memory at work to check your pack entirely but here's what I found.

1. Why 1.6.4, why not 1.7.10?

2. Remove WorldCore from /mods (it's already in mods/1.6.4) (the first crash cause)

3. Remove ForgeMultipart-universal-1.6.4- from /mods/1.6.4 (the 2nd crash couse - doubled mods)

4. Download this and place it in the /mods/1.6.4 directory. Be sure that this is the only ForgeMultipart version in your entire pack.

Alrighty switched all that over and waiting for it load in dropbox. And as for why 1.6.4 and not 1.7.10. Simple, Most, if not all, the mods for 1.6.4 are in their final release for that version of Minecraft. Typicaly less buggy than newer releases of each pack and far less updates on my end. (And trust me i dont have the time in the world to check mods constantly for newer versions, between a lot of the stuff I do IRL )

It was as simple as that. The game closed immediately after the world generated in the Shivaxi RLCraft modpack. The console says, "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError." I have no idea what is happening, I just want to play this modpack but nothing at all is working right anywhere. Your basic answers will probably not solve the issue.

Recently I created a modpack called Ultra180+.  I went to go test my modpack and there were no mods. I went to go test it and discovered the mods were in the wrong folder.  I was able to change the folder they were in to the correct one on my computer but I don't no how to make it so nobody else has to move the mods around.
