I'm new, working with a friend with much more tekkit experience than me on a server. I'm trying to get my magmatic engine to power my quarry, but I can't figure out how to power it from a tank full of lava. I can't make a pump from the nether tonight, is ther any way that I can fill a tank and have this engine work through the night for me?

the magma crucible can produce lava by consuming cobblestone.

It can also produce lava from Netherrack, which is cheaper in terms of energy, and should result in a net gain when you properly hook it up to a Magmatic Engine. Only problem is that it can't be mass-produced like cobble can.

Tried to look for other threads, couldn't find any..
I'm on a tekkit server with a friend, and we're building a large underground base. We would like to use lamps like the Cage lamps and Lanterns from ProjectRed, and that all of these are powered by reactors/dynamoes. So that we would always need legit energy for them to illuminate, and not a simple minecraft redstone line which basically gives infinite power.
For now we're using a simple steam dynamo from Thermal Expansion, but i cant seem to get the cage lamps or lanterns to light up. We tried both energy conduits from Thermal Expansion and RedNet cables/RedNet Energy cables from MineFactory, and we tried to combine them too.
Does anyone know how to illuminate these light sources using dynamoes/generators/reactors and some sort of cable?
      Or maybe some other alternatives?

      Thanks a lot in advance!

Ive build some Magnetic dynamos and lavafabricators for infinte Lava = infite energy, but they need too much lava , so build more lava fabricators, but it didnt work.
Is there another way to create  a alot of lava? (PICTURE: https://www.pic-upload.de/view-32722914/Dynamo.png.html

Hello! I have a private tekkit legends server that I play on with my friend. We built a quarry and there seems to be some sort of bug, I connected 3 stirling engines and the quarry receives energy only from one. I have also tried connecting the engines with kinesis pipes and the total energy received by the quarry is 9rf/t and the output of each engine is 3rf/t. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

I currently have four Stirling Engines directly powering a Quarry, fueled with Lava Buckets and activated with three levers located under the three engines on the sides. The fourth engine is placed under the Quarry block, and an Iron Chest is placed on top.
For some reason, every time I activate the engines, after a couple of minutes three of them stop, turn black and begin to smoke. I presume this is what happens when Stirling Engines overheat. At first I read on the Tekkit Lite wiki that a constant incoming stream of Coal could overheat the engines, so I switched from using Coal to using Lava Buckets. This however did not solve the problem, even though the Tekkit Lite wiki specifically states that Stirling Engines should never overheat if fueled with Lava Buckets. There does not seem to be a specific pattern in which engines overheat either; In five separate tries, each time three random engines overheated and one random engine continued to work. This did not seem to be determined by the order in which I fueled the engines either.
Included are some screenshots to more accurately depict my Quarry. I hope somebody can tell me what I'm doing wrong!
