Invalid url on custom modpack

Keeps saying the URL is invalid. I've checked other common issues, I've not got .jar.jar   it is a ZIP, the config files are there, dropbox is =1 not =0. I'm abit lost at what else to try. Link to the pack below, same as my tecnic link. I've tried it with and without www. and https://  , doesn't seem to make any difference and the pack is installing instantly if i copy into browser.

Kept researching. I used 9minecraft. Probs the issue, reinstalling now.
