Redstone Engines, powering quarrys

Recommended Posts

I tried to make a quarry using Redstone engines, but I can only get the(I am using 2 on each side) far 2 engines on each side to work. Does anyone know how I would go about getting all 4 to work?

While I think you can use redstone engine to power a quarry you really shouldn't. Also for future reference you cant connect redstone engines to conductive pipes, only directly into what they are powering.

Even using a stirling, your quarry would take like 6 years to hit bedrock.

Also, I don't think you can daisy-chain redstone engines anymore, nor can you connect them to conductive pipes.

Yeah, Redstone Engines have had quite a nerf, they only work on Pumps and Wooden Transport Pipes now.

Use steam engines instead - double the output, and all you need to add extra is a supply of water. I recommend using an Aqueous Accumulator for the water supply.
