A custom modpack I've created is having a few problems with Recipe for blocks and items.

 

Thermal Expansion machines can request Grapes from Growcraft as a substitute for copper. 

Super Heroes Unlimited Armour is requested for certain items where dye should be.

MFR Rubber trees drop wolverine leggings instead of rubber.

These are only a few I know off.

 

Is there anyway of fixing these problems on mass? I know of minetweaker which would let me edit the recipe but there are too many to do this.

Sounds more like ID conflicts than recipe conflictions. Check the log for the modpack and look for lines that contain "CONFLICT @ " - if there are any, theres an id conflict, and may be the culprit of the issue rather than items being incorrectly added to the ore dictionary (one responsible for saying A and B items are to be treated the same)

      I recently started a game in Creative mode. When I hit "E," my inventory pops up, as well as a search function on the right side of the screen. Typically I am able to click on the icon of whatever item I am interested in, and it will load a screen that shows me the recipe for that item. 
      I closed my game and reopened it today, and now instead of showing me the recipe, it simply auto-adds 64 of that item into my inventory. I have gone through the options with a fine toothed comb and cannot get this feature to revert back to the recipe book. Can someone help me fix this? It is terrible having to alt-tab out for recipes. 
       
      Edit: When I hit "E" and go to "Options," it is already on Recipe Mode.

      My redstone energy cell does not have a configuration menu when I right-click on it and all of its sides appear to be set to off. It charges while it's hooked up to a combustion engine but not when it's hooked up to an advanced solar generator or a bio generator. And it won't power anything. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? How do I open the config menu and get it to be charged by other generators?

      Tried to look for other threads, couldn't find any..
      I'm on a tekkit server with a friend, and we're building a large underground base. We would like to use lamps like the Cage lamps and Lanterns from ProjectRed, and that all of these are powered by reactors/dynamoes. So that we would always need legit energy for them to illuminate, and not a simple minecraft redstone line which basically gives infinite power.
      For now we're using a simple steam dynamo from Thermal Expansion, but i cant seem to get the cage lamps or lanterns to light up. We tried both energy conduits from Thermal Expansion and RedNet cables/RedNet Energy cables from MineFactory, and we tried to combine them too.
      Does anyone know how to illuminate these light sources using dynamoes/generators/reactors and some sort of cable?
      Or maybe some other alternatives?
