Bump, Please

My Windows Firewall Is Off And Yes I Start Every Word With A Capital Letter, Its My "Mini Addiction". I Live In Portugal, Europe, I Think Thats Not The Problem Because Both Technic Launcher & Tekkit Worked Fine Before Until Yesterday :/

www.speedtest.net Update: After 30~45 Minutes It Gets To The Login Menu, I Choose Tekkit, Put My Login Credentials And Click Login, Starts Downloading After 1~3 Minutes It Says Download Failed.

Launcher Version: Latest Operating System: Windows 7 Java Version: 7.9 Antivirus Program: None (Before I Formated It Was Malware Bytes Free Version] Description of Problem: My Tekkit Was Getting Laggy So I Decided To Reinstall It, BUT, Wen I Iniciated The Launcher It Was VERY Slow Downloading The Launcher It Took 10 Minutes To Reach To 3%, So I Went Search But I Found No Sulution, I Formated My PC And Tryed To ReInstall It But It Was The Same. Slow As Everything. Help Please?! Error Messages: None, Just Pure Slowness, It Takes 10~30 Minutes To Reach 3% Of The Downloading Launcher, It Dosent Even Gets To The Login Menu ! Error Log:
