Wow I'm liking this a really cool 16x texture pack going to have to give this one a go :)

I had a similar problem but it only happened when switching between texture packs, if i keep the same texture pack loaded it fixed itself after a couple of times of reloading tekkit.

Gday peeps, I'm currently looking for help to run a tekkit server. The server is for 10 people with all the mods and mobs, and will be running 24/7. I'm hoping to create a chilled out environment where players can just have fun and learn from one another about all things tekkit. At the moment i'm just looking for 3 people who can help get the server ready and with lots creative ideas on how the server should be run. I also have a website for the server which is still currently under design but you can see the work in progress here http://creepers.minecraft-node.net/ and again would appreciate any help in running the website as well. If all goes well then I would look at upgrading the server to allow more people to join. I must admit i am a bit of a noob when it comes to tekkit so some experience would be great but not necessary. I'm based in the UK so preferably looking for people anywhere from Europe to help. I should also point out that I'm in my mid 30's so ideally looking for people aged 20 upwards. If anyone is seriously interested then please let me know I should also add if you are interested if you could let me know the following: 1. IGN 2. Where you're from. 3. Age. 4. Your ideas for the server.

Gday Peeps, I've put put together 3 SphaxBD Texture packs including all the tekkit addons, so no more having to find the different addons and adding them to the zip file as I have done it for you. I cant take any credit for these apart from the searching and adding all the packs into 1 easy zip file. But that only took about 2 hours work. The 3 different packs are the 32 x 32, 64 x 64 and 128 x 128 All 3 packs work with Tekkit 3.1 and can be downloaded from here: http://creepers.minecraft-node.net/index.php?option=com_jdownloads&Itemid=53&view=viewcategory&catid=3 All you have to do is add the files to your texture pack folder and off you go :)

I thought as much. Some of these dedicated game servers should be shot for false advertising. No matter though managed to find a reasonably priced server that's providing 3gb of memory and so far fingers crossed no problems :)

OK, so I've been looking at some of these dedicated game server sites for tekkit, and I was looking at getting a server for 10 people. But when choosing the server, and asking for 10 slots it gives me 600mb of memory with the option of upgrading. Surely 600mb of memory is no where enough for 10 people, so if I upgraded to say 1024mb how many people would that realistically support? Can anyone give me a rough estimation on how much memory I should have for each person?

I seem to be having problems getting ore to go into my macerator correctly. I've got a simple design chest of iron ore pumps into macerator via wodden and stone transport tubes but the ore keeps on going into the wrong slot in the macerator, instead of going into the macerating slot to be turned into dust it goes into the output slot. Any help would be much appreciated :)
