Problem with repair enchanded items

Hi guys,

i'm here because i'm a problem with repair enchanded items.

I have an anvil and 2 iron picks (one enchanded, one classic). I try to repair enchanded into anvil (first slot enchanded pick) and tekkit say me: required 30 lvl. I'm lvl 32 then i'm ok. Final pick that is show in third slot is enchaded and repaired. Click on it, and store in my inventory. Close the inventory and i put down original 2 picks like before this procedure but my levels are only 2. Close and restart client and puf! my levels are again 32.

 

Why? What am i wrong?
