guess i just had to wait, server fixed itself

all of the suggestions so far have not worked, and i probably do have a firewall, but i have no idea how to use it for that

stoping the server didn't work and the port is just the normal minecraft port,25565

the server isn't rented, and closing java process just stoped the server

my server says there is another server running on the port when i try to run it , but it worked a few weeks ago. Can someone help me please?
