That's an annoying thing, I sometimes get it. I think pressing ctrl or something fixed it, but if that doesn't work try some other buttons.
Do you have a Mac? I use a Mac and there is a possibility (untested) that this may cause problems for me.

I have a couple solutions for this, if you mean how if you click on the inventory items it acts like your holding shift down or they are just falling out of your inventory, here are a couple fixes. press ctrl+alt or ctrl+alt+Shift a couple times to get it unstuck, if this does not work I have a guranteed fix, you must press f11 twice atleast, to go into fullscreen and out of it (if you play in windowed mode/non full screen, if you play in fullscreen hit it again to go back in and play it like that).
If you mean how you hit a button and your inventory scrambles, thats iventory organizing, the default key is R, I set mine to the HOME button on my keyboard so I don't accidentally press it.
It doesn't act like shift-clicking. Also, I don't get this problem on Vanilla.
Whenever I click another item on the hot-bar it swaps place with the last one I clicked and if I press one in the main inventory it switches to my held item. Help!

Hello! On Tekkit, an unknown button that I sometimes press makes it so my inventory items swap when I click on them, not pick up.
This is really annoying as it means I have to restart my client.
Thanks in advance!

The Batbox/MFE/MFSU. That would turn off all the things connected, so I would go for Splitter cables, so you can have more control on which machines get power. Try using the Tekkit wiki, you'll be able to find out more on them there.
Actually the BatBox method is rather preferable in my situation. How would I go about stopping it from emitting power, or would I do that by using a splitter cable?

If you mean turning them on or off you either need splitter cables or powering the power source.
Powering the power source? :/

How would one go about toggleing IndustrialCraft machines/batboxes with redstone? Connecting it directly doesn't seem to work :/
Thanks!

I will try that out next time I get that problem. Thanks to all who posted!
