I wish I'd searched the forum before posting, but I'm having a similar problem, just at a lesser extent. I only seem to lose items that contain things -- for example, buckets and energy condensers. I must have rebuilt about ten condensers before I finally figured out where they were all going. Also, Lapotron crystals lose all their energy if left in an ender chest when you travel between worlds. Not sure if it matters, but I have 7 different types of ender chests and seven ender pouches corresponding to each colour. The ones in which I kept losing my stuff in were NOT connected to any pipes of any kind. Edit: (Also, I'm running Windows XP rather than Windows 7...)

Title: Ender Chests Eat Energy Condensers! Version: 3.1.2 OS: Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 Java Version: 1.6.0_37 Description of Problem: If you have an Energy Condenser, Bucket or Lava Bucket in an Ender Chest or Ender Pouch, they VANISH when you travel to and from the Nether. Also, any Lapotron Crystals you have in in an Ender Chest or Ender Pouch are depleted of all their energy when you travel to and from the nether. This doesn't seem to cause any crashes or stop gameplay in any way, but it is a glitch that can rob players of a lot of resources. I must have rebuilt 10 energy condensers before I figured out what was going on, and probably would have lost more if I hadn't spontaneously lost 8 lava buckets at once. Also, this might not just be limited to just buckets, energy condensers and Lapotron crystals. Error Messages: Error Log:
