Launcher Version: Latest Operating System: Windows 8 Pro x64 Java Version: Java 7 update 9 Antivirus Program: Kaspersky Antivirus Description of Problem: When you launch the Technic launcher it will check the launcher version but will be stuck at the 'Technic Launcher' Logo Screen (just before the the login/mod pack selection thing comes up). I was getting really annoyed; So I went and looked into my Technic Launcher logs and I noticed it saying something about all mirrors failed. After a few other guesses, I managed to figure out that Kaspersky was infact blocking it from accessing anything and as soon as I exited it it worked fine. This is a bug report and fix at the same time. If you have a problem where it won't go past the logo screen, Check your logs and search for something saying 'All mirrors blocked' Or something similar and if so then try and disable your AV/Firewall and that should fix it.
