for some reason i can't log on to your server it says failed to connect to the server

i don't have an IGN but i can get 1 timezone: eastern time (Canada) Age:14 experience:playing minecraft/Tekkit for 3 months reason to join is that:to try it out in a small server have fun+ i can't make my own
