ok so i have restarted my tekkit a bunch of times and i re-installed the launcher but it still says that i cant connect

still says that.

RC for some reason when i try to connect it says "-onse code:503 for url http://session.minecraft.net/game/joinserver.jsp?user diggyhole18-" (thats all i can see on my screen) so is it a problem on my end or what?
