i had this exact issue from what i know it cant be fixxed on mac as i run on a mac however if you are on window and have winrar it can be fixxed. go into the server folder go into the mods section and open the buildcraft .rar keep that open and open the railcraft.rar delete the api from railcraft.jar and drag in the api from the buildcraft.rar let me know if this helps :D
