Launcher not working - "Unable to Connect to internet"

Launcher Version: Most Recent Operating System: Windows 7 Java Version: Most Recent (Just Installed it) so.. 9 Antivirus Program: N/A Description of Problem: I have just installed the launcher and it says "Checking Launcher Version" then a pop up box will say "Unable to download Launcher. Please check you internet connection by entering www.techniclauncher.net" i have tried everything from disabling my firewall to updating java. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP! Error Messages: "Unable to download Launcher. Please check you internet connection by entering www.techniclauncher.net" Error Log:
