how exactly would I clear my cache?

Title: certain mods missing Version: 3.1.2 OS: Windows 7 Java Version: latest Description of Problem: I have tried to join in to one of my friends servers but when I do, it comes up saying I'm missing 4 mods. I have un-installed and re-installed tekkit at least 5 times now from The technichpack main screen Error Messages: "The server requires you to have the following mods: MOD_IC2 v1.97 MOD_ComputerCraft 1.33 MOD_CCTurtle 1.33 MOD_RailCraft 5.3.3" Error Log: "The server requires you to have the following mods: MOD_IC2 v1.97 MOD_ComputerCraft 1.33 MOD_CCTurtle 1.33 MOD_RailCraft 5.3.3"
