my mods say metadata not found and they won't work

Launcher Version: 1.0.3.4 Operating System: sony vaio Java Version: 7 Antivirus Program: norton security Description of Problem: whenever I try to log into my server it just says you need the following mods to access this server and it lists mod_IC2 v1.103 and mod_computercraft 1.41 and mod_ccturtle 1.4.1 and mod_railcraft 5.4.7 Error Messages: Error Log: -
