[Tekkit Classic: Disable Right Click (Plugin Request)]

Hi i was wondering if anyone could make a plugin as i cannot find one to work how i like it,

i will explain briefly how i thought this plugin would work, upon right clicking the plugin would check if it was on the list and if it was it would cancel the event and message the player, if it wasn't it would proceed as normal

the config would act something like

Disable right click: (True/False)

Message to respond when item is right clicked: (Insert Message here)

Disabled List:

- 1

- 2

- 3

i am aiming to use it with tekkit classic codes and if the person who undertakes this task needs anymore information feel free to ask and i will get back to it ASAP, greatly appreciated :)
