Ok, EE is enabled, as we can use things like DM and RM weapons and tools, but we can't place DM and RM blocks, Energy condensers etc, in fact we can't even craft these items.

how do I check that?

Launcher Version: 3.1.2 Operating System: Windows 7 Java Version: Java 7 Antivirus Program: Description of Problem: My friend created a tekkit server For him and a few friends, some as we were crafting various items we found we couldn't craft EE items that were place able, if we did it crashed the server, we have tried and cannot find away to sort this.
