[Running Tekkit Lite server on CentOS 6]

Any advice on running Tekkit Lite on CentOS 6? I am getting the following errors:

[root@n*******1 minecraft]# java -Xms2G -Xmx3G -TechnicLauncher.jar

Unrecognized option: -TechnicLauncher.jar

Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.

Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

Now giving end of stream errors.

Now its giving end of stream errors a few minutes after logging in.

Java Version: 8 Newest tekkit version as well

Description of Problem:

I have been experiencing these errors today and suddenly my machines will not work, and I cannot get it to stop. I did nothing new, there was a quarry running on with a steam engine (whatever the new steam engine is called) and the normal level 1 IC machines with the middle tier battery box.

Attached picture of the spam I am getting. I also tried removing entities using MC edit, and I am running 6.1 of Tekkit lite
