New server, but same crashes every 10-20 minutes and constant major lag.

I was able to get on earlier, and I enjoyed myself...it did crash and kick everyone off half a dozen times in the couple hours that I played, though...probably had something to do with a bunch of dudes trying to nuke the spawn.
