Title: Oil Fabricator and Refinery Issues

Description of Problem:
So I have 2 small problems.
1: My Oil Fabricator will up and disappear on me for now reason. Pretty much just poof.
2: I am unable to remove fuel from my Refinery. The server I play on doesn't allow BC pipes, and for some reason I can't remove fuel from it via bucket. I have tried creating the standard BC system in single player, and still no dice.
Any Suggestions?
