Same problem, and also on Win7x64. Tried deleting the .techniclauncher folder, and reinstalling using a freshly downloaded .exe launcher. That failed, so I deleted again, and tried with a freshly downloaded .jar launcher... which also failed. I've got the urge to play me some Technic SSP but it won't let me :c Halp.
