I have the same problem and I have tried Artex_Quinn's Theory of Deleting & Restarting But that still hasn't worked for me yet.............

Same I have no clue what is happening to the launcher or to Voltz but someone really needs to fix the problem

I'm having one of those problems but it is not as AES37 and Vezzy Described, My one starts up and it comes up with a blank "Hello" box and then that disappears and the Volts page just stays blank aswell how do I stop this ?????.......
