Farseer Wraith

Ok, First post ever here, so Hi everyone. The issue I am having is that I have created a Quarry, and dug up the recipe for the slow electrical engine. Well I connected everything together, and No go.... Setup posted below. What am I doing wrong? EDIT: Ok, I moved the Slow Electric engine butt up against the quarry and it seems to work now, are the pipes broken in Tekkit lite?
