I apologize, it is EE2. I was under the impression that the current mod was EE3.

For some background, I'm an admin on a Tekkit server. There are people higher up in charge of the server. However, they aren't on much at all any more and this has been an ongoing server. I don't know much about editing the server files, but I'm sure I know they would need to be changed. The problem we are having right now is that non-OPed players cannot use Energy Collectors, Antimatter Relays, or Transmutation Tablets. They can make them and they can put them down, but they cannot right-click to do anything with them or destroy them after placing them. I'm unsure if the items are just blocked or blacklisted, or if there was an option that wasn't set right, but I would like to fix this, if anyone could help me figure out what's wrong
