Tekkit Multiplayer crashes 20 seconds into logging into the the server

Sounds like your having the same trouble as me it is most likely to be a corrupt chunk(chunk = small piece of land) either get chunk fixer on dev bukkit or look on the tekkit forums for a fix. note chunk fixer regens the area to look like when it was first generated so i would recomend to look for a fix first.
