When i restart my server i lose my writing on the monitors! IS there a way to copy/paste?

What Plugins do you use to make the items get removed at spawn?

I just Started a tekkit server and I would like to know what items i should ban! I really only want to ban items that cause a lot of lag, dupe bugs and items that overwrite protection and that will trash my world! Please Help ASAP ~WiredCraft
