update your launcher, that might help. latest version is 1.1.2.0 compared to your 0.5.4.8.

1.Wrong section, this is for launcher errors not for tekkit errors. 2.You must have the correct version. If the server is running 3.1.3(dev. version) and your running 3.1.2(rec. version) it wont work and vice-versa(3.1.3 client wont connect to 3.1.2 server)
