Re download the launcher.. If that doesnt work, re download java.

1. Delete your technic launcher folder in Appdata 2. Launch the launcher again. 3. Launch Tekkit. 4. Profit? 5. If not re download the launcher. 6. Profit?

Just delete the techniclauncher folder in your appdata folder. Then open the launcher. This redownloades everything and usually fixes up issues.
