How can I allocate more RAM to Hack/Mine

In normal Minecraft it says I have "Used memory x% (xMB) of 910MB" but in Hack/Mine launched through the Technic Launcher it says I have only "Used memory x% (xMB) of 247MB" How do I give Hack/Mine specifically more RAM to work with?
