I have no idea what each plugin does i always thought redpower just locked it for u but yeah i think it is the plugin not redpower

everyones chests and machines are able to be accesed and my friend just lost 2 mv solar pannels from someone. I also let poofy know but he got off soon after he got on. I also get an error message when i use /lock or /cinfo, commands like that

umm hey everyone, not meaning to be rude or anything but REDPOWER LOCKS HAVE FAILED ON THE SERVER thats about it
