I am using the technic launcher beta now and it works with the 64 bit version of Java. Looks like the regular technic launcher is not gonna get updated.

Try to update your java version to the last one, you are using Java 7 Update 9 while the newest is 15. Your error is not a Java error, so it may come from your Java version. Also, try using the Technic Launcher .jar file instead of the .exe one.

Are you able to run the vanilla Minecraft Launcher ? This crash only occurs when your computer is not good enough to run Minecraft. Are you using a laptop ? Which video card are you using ? By the way, the error log shows that you are running windows XP SP 3, even though Java supports Windows 8 since Java 7 Update 10.

Notice that this is AFTER logging in, while we can't even login. Our bug occurs in the launcher, not in Minecraft. EDIT : I just updated to Java Update 15 for both 64 and 32 bits, but that didn't change anything. And if you are wondering, the launcher does not use LWJGL.

I am having the same problem with the same update of Java (Java 64-bit Update 13). It seems to be a problem that only occurs with the 64-bit version of Java. 32-bit Java works fine. And the post you mentioned does not contain a related bug.
