Can I get a GUI for Tekkit Lite?

Ok so is there a standalone backup system I can get? Just the backup software alone? I guess I don't need a GUI. I don't want to open the server till i get a working backup system if anyone knows of one. -
Can I get a type of server admin GUI for tekkit lite? Like the one bukkit had for normal tekkit. with a backup system in it for the server. It is ran by forge now not bukkit so does anyone know of anything like that? I would like a type of backup system for my server.
