I try to connect to the server and it says I'm not whitelisted

hi, recently on your server i was raided by what appeared to be a few friends of yours. I understand that it is a pvp raid server, but however i was still upset by what happened to my base. I think this is justified, as my friend and i sunk a considerable amount of time into procuring everything we had. I may have gotten a little carried away with my complaints, and I was muted. I am here to appeal for an unmute. I really do enjoy this server, and i would greatly appreciate it if you could unmute me please.
