1. Try deleting the modpack folder inside the bin file 2. Move TMI and REI's Minimap into the coremods folder

Hello, I have a problem (like others) with the creation of the modpack. I have created all of the correct files, following the guide word for word, and it still comes up as a vanilla modpack. I checked the modpack.jar to make sure it wasn't a .jar.zip or something. But it still loads as vanilla minecraft, after trying every trick the thread has told me. Any ideas?
