Launcher Version: 201 Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit Java Version: Java Version 1.7.0_13 from Oracle Corporation Antivirus Program: Avast Description of Problem: The launcher starts correctly, but when launching any of the modpacks the launcher attempts to download the minecraft.jar 3 times and fails each time. Then I am greeted with an error report forcing me to close the application.
