So, every few hours or so my server locks up and just unfreezes about a minute later. Everyone who was on the server is disconnected, and got to wait a bit. The server log file was a god damn mess and was hard to find it, heres the paste bin http://pastebin.com/4JcGNQuC . I will be creating a new log file hopefully find it if this wasn't it.

No idea, what I did or how this happened but, my background of icons are dark gray colored. (Picture included) Not sure if this is a part of a mod, but its annoying. I've tried restarting my game and it doesn't work so, Im guessing its a setting somewhere.
