Ok so im on technic launcher and i have JustEnoughMods modpack added. i opened it and it started normal, but when i go to click make a world when the world is started up it freezes on Building World Loading Terrain. anyone got a solution?

i couldnt find ONE thing on this so i really would like it if someone could help

ok so ive been having modpack issues. first f all one of them wont even download, two the rest wont extract now. i dont know why but last night avast said it was suspicious after ide been playing on the launcher for the past few weeks. so now its frozen while extracting.. got any support/advice/info on this sort of problem?
