Greetings! I'm trying to setup the solder API, but whenever I try to execute the command "php artisan migrate:install" in Terminal, I'm greeted w/ this error message;
"Warning: PDO::__construct(): [2002] Connection refused (trying to connect via tcp://127.0.0.1:3306) in [mauserpath]/TechnicSolder/laravel/database/connectors/mysql.php on line 33
SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused"
I'm guessing I probably set up my setup.php incorrectly somehow, but I'm not sure. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!
