When i launch Hexxit its fine but when i get on the server or go to singleplayer my computer drops fps and im using optifine HD. So any suggestions to fix the lag or increase fps on Hexxit. Optics: Windows 7 4GB I dont know how to check optics XD

Can someone please make a new YouTube video that showcases on how to make a mod-pack up to date with the new Technic launcher im a very stupendous person and can't figure it out so can you help out a fellow human and post a YouTube video and give the url to it.
